• Select the watches you are interested in from our website and let us know the item numbers by sending e-mail to us or chatting with us online.
• We quote the price to you and make an order form for you to confirm. .
• You make payment.
• When the payment is ok, we send out the watches to you by door to door Express mail.
• Inform us when the watches reach you.

www.watches98.com gladly accepts payments for purchases in the form of Western Union, Money Gram and Wire Transfer (T/T). The payment methods are all very convenient for the international orders.

All the watches will be delivered to you by TNT, UPS or EMS.
After the full payment is made, we will deliver the watches to you very soon. It takes you
about 5 Business days to get your products.
For samples orders, the buyer pay for the delivery charges, for bulk order, you don't need to
pay for the delivery cost.

Do you do retail or wholesale?

We sell single watch as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale, we offer 5-15%
discount depending on quantity and quality of items. To qualify for wholesale discount your order must have
minimum of 100 pieces.

How do I place orders?

You can place your order online, or via phone and fax. For online ordering, please write to order@watches98.com ,for wholesale order ,please write to wholesale@watches98.com ,for customer service please write to service@watches98.com indicate what watches you want with sizes, colors and quantities, preferably with pictures. Further more, please check our contact details pages. Once we receive your order, we will send you watches once we get the money.

Can I order a pair of watches as samples?

Yes, we accept samples orders. Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above. Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 10 pieces. Besides the unit price, we have to charge $20 more each pieces for shipping fee.

How long can I receive my watches?

Watches are shipped within two days after the order and delivery will take about one week. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

How the watches are delivered?

Usually watches are sent via air express like EMS.TNT.UPS.

How can I know my order status?

Once we send the watches, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online.
We are also keeping an eye on your watch until they reach you.
